Information we process

We process account identity, business configuration, transactions, inventory, customer and supplier records, support messages, device/session information and verified payment references required to provide the service.

How information is used

Information is used to operate and secure the platform, generate requested documents and reports, deliver configured notifications, provide support, prevent abuse and comply with applicable law.

Sharing and processors

Authorized infrastructure, email, messaging, GST and payment providers receive only information required for their function. Payment card data is handled by the payment gateway and is not stored by XT Billing.

Security and retention

Controls include tenant isolation, encryption in transit, password hashing, role permissions, session validation and audit logging. Records are retained for the subscription, legal obligations and a reasonable recovery period.

Your choices

Account administrators can manage users, communication preferences and operational data. Contact us to request access, correction or deletion where law and statutory retention requirements allow.
