1. Service

XT Billing provides subscription-based billing, inventory, accounting and related business tools. You are responsible for the accuracy of data entered and statutory filings generated from it.

2. Account responsibility

Keep credentials confidential, assign appropriate permissions and notify us of suspected unauthorized access. Activity performed through your authorized users is treated as your activity.

3. Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service, interfere with security, upload unlawful content or use communication tools without recipient consent.

4. Subscription and availability

Paid access follows the selected billing cycle and verified payment. Planned maintenance and events outside reasonable control may affect availability.

5. Liability

The service assists business operations but does not replace professional tax, legal or accounting advice. Liability is limited to fees paid during the preceding three months where permitted by law.
